Communication is carried out on the PMR 446 MHz frequency, which does not require a license, and is available for both business and personal use in most countries of the European Union.

Depending on the environment, the range can vary from several hundred metres (in a city) to several kilometres (open ground).

PNI PMR R60 uses 16 PMR channels, scans all frequencies within a maximum radius of 5 km, voice notifies various functions, monitors the current channel, transmits and receives efficiently.

During charging, the LED lights up red and turns green when the battery is fully charged.
