The Kenko Starry Night Prosofton is an effect filter that combines the effects of "Starry Night", which reduces light pollution, and "Prosofton", which blurs the spot-shaped light sources of the stars beautifully, into one filter, making it the perfect effect filter for shooting starry landscapes. Since two effects can be achieved with a single filter, the need to stack filters is eliminated and the risk of vignetting and stray light is reduced. The thin frame is designed to avoid vignetting even when shooting with wide-angle lenses. The soft focus effect is only applied to spot light sources such as stars and does not affect the surrounding landscape. Therefore, it is suitable for starry landscapes or if you want to apply soft focus effects only to stars.
