Many have heard of the gods of the ancient past. But few know about them in the west today. This book examines the symbols of power used by Ancient and Modern Nation States. All of this document used to be 3 books, Thirty Thousand Gods Before Jehovah, The Axe was God, and Rod of Mercury by 1940s author and researcher Henry Stein. The new document was compiled by my late friend Jordan Maxwell as "PRIESTHOOD OF THE ILLES" in the 90s. Now it has been re-edited here as one book again with some new insights and graphics. In the case of the Axe, the author points to ancient Egypt, Crete, Greece, Rome, Germany, the British Isles, and preColumbian America; as examples where you will find the Axe symbolically represented as the official religious and state icon. You find it prominently displayed today in the United States House of Representatives as the Fasces. The bundle of 13 birch rods wrapped around an Axe. The symbols represent the real power. The real power always stays hidden. Those who have the power to erase history, or just rewrite history to suit the current version of the story lines that they have ordained. You will not see these people listed anywhere. Ever. If you want a shortcut to understanding who these people might have been, or where to look to find them today, this set of three books is a good start The Druids were world rulers, identified as ancient Phoenicians who were called Oakals. Zeu was Zeus Endendros a druid. Jupiter’s shrine was at first an oak grove; Jehovah was Yhoh, otherwise the yew tree, and the Elohim, the gods of the Bible, were oaks, strong: oaks. The Tree of Life was also the Yggdrasil, the tree of heaven of Odin and the Goths. Circe was the Druid Church, the Kirke, the Priesthood that invented letters, settled colonies, altered language and crucified people. It is inferred no colony was ever settled without the authority of the Priesthood--herein is where other historians fail. Many there are, abroad, teaching metaphysical subjects. However, very few teachers dare lay bear the occult roots of religion and politics. It was in the earliest days of my researches, in Ireland, that I came across the voluminous work of Jordan Maxwell, a researcher into the ancient cults. Jordan alone deserves the title "the world's most controversial speaker." This book touches also the topic of the mysterious druids which to the mainstream belief was only a sect confined to the nooky places of te British Isles but it was a very popular religious and political movement all around Europe, the Middle east and the Americas in prehistoric times until the Roman Empire came along....
