Use: the buffet display case is perfect for storing food such as cold cuts, but also sandwiches or pastries. Thanks to the top edge of the box, the stainless steel tray can be placed perfectly without slipping. The tray is kept constantly at a low temperature by two ice packs underneath, so that the food stays fresh for a long time. The ice packs keep food cool for up to 6 hours. Thanks to the GN format, the display case is also perfect for catering, as each cover of this size can be combined with the box. With 4 chrome-plated bars, a second equivalent level can be set up to save space.
