Cooling: the stainless steel tray is kept constantly at a low temperature by 2 ice packs underneath, so that the stored food stays fresh for a long time. The ice packs keep food cool for up to 6 hours.

Versatile: the flexible, transparent plastic roll top cover allows access from both sides of the display case, which makes this display case particularly versatile.
