The Concept Series Aluminum snare drum features a rolled and doubled-beaded thinner 1.2mm aluminum shell for lower tone, which is brushed for a satin finish. Aluminum shells are a unique sonic alternative to stainless steel and offer a similar round attack and musical overtones, but with a much drier resonance. The chrome hardware is fitted with stylish dual-turret lugs and high-end Drum Workshop appointments like a MAG Throw-off, True-Pitch Tuningrods, and Remo heads.
