Description

The Hydor Seltz D Skim DC electronically controlled pump, specific for skimmers, ensures high water-air mixing performance, thanks to the special needle impeller designed by Hydor. The low voltage operation (24 V) guarantees safety in use. With the electronic controller it is possible to adjust the water flow in six different speeds and to activate the Feed Mode, which pauses the pump for 5 minutes and allows you to feed fish and corals. An intelligent foam-leak prevention system delays the start of the pump by 80 seconds: this prevents the foamed liquid from overflowing and the content of the collection cup from pouring into the sump, avoiding flooding after a power-cut. The Seltz D Skim pump is available in various models with different air and water flow rates and max head. Maintenance tips: remove limescale regularly. Cleaning every 6 months is recommended.
