Description

Prime 30 External Self-priming Canister filter with media. The customer should proceed to prime the filter as follows : 1, Ensure that the unit is set up as per the instructions contained with the product. 2, Ensure that both taps are off with their levers pointing horizontally. 3, Remove the red priming cap from the centre of the filter. Fill the filter with freshwater ( saltwater if marine) give the filter a little shake when filling to dispel any trapped air. Fill until the water is visible at the bottom of the filler neck. 4, Replace the red cap and turn to lock. 5, Plug in the unit to hear the motor running, open the tap from the aquarium to the filter ( this should have a strainer on the end and is called the intake) after a couple of seconds open the other tap. 6, Turn off the taps ( both of them ) unplug the filter and repeat process from 3 to 5. Normally a couple of times filling and restarting is enough. Directions Read the manual and instructions for use carefully before using the product. Box Contains External Aquarium filter with media.

Adjustable tube connectors, sturdy tank including non-slip feet. Easy maintenance thanks to the detachable tubes, carrying handle in the Prime 20 and 30 models.

Regular cleaning of the impeller and its seat, the priming chamber and the rotor is recommended. Do not use solvents or detergents. The filter material should only be partially washed or replaced.

Power 25 W. Recommended for tanks from 200 to 450 litres. Max pump flow rate 1320 l/h, max head 185 cm. Overall dimensions: external diameter 18 cm x h 44 cm.
