The Dalmore Port Wood Reserve Whisky, 70 cl The Dalmore Port Wood Reserve starts its journey in the finest American white oak ex-bourbon casks. The precious liquid is then split equally with half of the whisky remaining in the American white oak casks and the remainder transferred to seasoned Tawny Port pipes from W and J Graham's vineyard in Portugal. They are then married together to harmonise the flavours before bottling. Purposefully retained at 46.5% ABV to extend the enticing warm flavours of the Port and the classic taste of The Dalmore creating a whisky which is indulgent, smooth and complex The Dalmore 12 Year Old Single Malt Whisky, 70cl 12 year old Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Matured for 9 years in Bourbon casks, one half is then transferred in to 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry butts. The liquid is then married for a final 6 months in an upstanding sherry butt to marry.
