Ventilation unit with decentralised heat recovery, for installation in residential and commercial premises of new buildings or subject to renovation for energy efficiency. Ideal, as well as ensuring proper air exchange, also to prevent excess moisture in the room and the emergence of mold on the walls. • Anti-shock and anti-UV plastic resin structure. • Nominal diameter: 100 mm. • Ceramic type hexagonal cell heat exchanger. High heat exchange efficiency (up to 90% at minimum air flow). • High-performance EC motor ventilator; five operating speeds to maximize performance, when needed, or minimize noise and consumption. • On/Off controls for adjusting the operating mode and selecting fan speeds on board the machine. • Three different operating modes: • Continuous ventilation with heat recovery: the product extracts and cyclically inlets air to and from the room recovering the energy accumulated in the exchanger; • Ventilation in only air extraction: the stale air is extracted from the environment; • Ventilation in air intake: the product introduces renewal air into the environment. • Two air filters, an IsoCoarse 65% and a coarser pre-filter for powders, both easily removable for washing. • Saturated filter warning light visible at the bottom of the chassis, immediately behind the front cover. • Mechanical quick release closure system built into the product chassis. • External rubber grille, can be installed from the outside via dowels or inserted from the inside, through the wall hole, without using external scaffolding. • Insect net that can be inserted into the duct from inside the room. • Possibility to submit to remote C-TEMP and C-HCS sensors for automatic management of operating logics.
