Our knives are expertly crafted tools that stay sharp for a long time with proper care. Do not clean in the dishwasher. Hand wash only. Regular wiping down is recommended.
This 20cm chef's knife has a total length of 32cm and a 19.1cm Japanese Damascus steel blade. The 13.2 cm long handle made of Pakka wood offers a comfortable, ergonomic grip.
HexClad cutlery has a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage caused by improper use or storage, accident, loss or theft are not covered. Cutting on hard surfaces, dishwasher use, blunt blades, rust, discolouration and bent/broken blades as well as use in the catering industry also void the warranty.
