Real Damascus Knife, Not Laser Etched : Damascus knives are known for their beautiful patterns. The SHAN ZU Damascus pattern process involves stacking carbon steel sheets, repeatedly folding them, and overheating them until the blade pattern is formed. The pattern will be more clearly visible after polishing, which has strong visual appeal. NOTE: Fake Damascus knives are merely laser etched (surface treated) to create a pattern that will wear away.

67 Layers of Steel Forged, Durable : In addition to the steel core, the blade is forged of 66 layers of carbon steel, which greatly improves the corrosion resistance, rust resistance and toughness, and is a durable fruit knife.
