This book is a model and a source of inspiration for possible change and improvement for all private and public music schools, primary and secondary schools, Conservatories and Academies of Music. It is the result of a study and analysis of international standards, European Directives and Regulations, Italian regulations and national regulations of Eastern European countries (Ex-Yugoslavia - Ex-Soviet Union) concerning the organizational management of private and public music schools and their musical didactics. It emerged the need to offer to the Management of the Music Schools and to all the interested parties the necessary operational tools to implement, with a standardized method, the organizational change to improve, transparently and possibly, all the activities and music didactic services offered to provide to the greatest number of students a high level and internationally recognized artistic musical education. The authors sought to place the greatest emphasis on practical operational solutions in the form of procedures, forms, questionnaires, and checklists by developing criteria and outcomes through continuous improvement and self-assessment of instructional staff, families, and students. For the first time, the professional public has the opportunity to have in front of them a document that allows them to understand, quickly lay the organizational foundations and implement a school of high artistic musical training, both in terms of organizational and educational quality. The identification, processing and structuring of Processes, forms, questionnaires, procedures and checklists are offered comprehensively, including flowcharts, and can be easily modified to suit the needs of any context in which a school music organization operates.
