The Puig Quilla has been designed to effectively protect the lower part of the motorcycle, one of the most exposed areas to impacts, dirt, and road debris during riding. Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, it perfectly adapts to the lines and contours of the bike, providing both aesthetic and functional improvement. Its design has been tested in a virtual wind tunnel to achieve a more aerodynamic profile that contributes to greater stability during motion. Made with advanced technologies, it combines ABS and aluminum components, lightweight and highly resistant materials to impacts and UV rays. The plastic parts have a surface treatment that enhances their resistance to chemical agents and ensures full protection against solar radiation, eliminating the need for painting. The metal supports are made of 2 mm iron with an anti-corrosion treatment, offering a strong and durable fixation. In addition to its protective function, the quilla adds a sportier look to the bike, and often includes a set of decals for customization. The installation is quick and easy by following the instructions provided in paper and/or video format. The product complies with TÜV regulations and has a general ABE circulation license for public road use.
