We love to make a dreamy drink before bed by stirring 2 teaspoons of this honey into hot water or hot milk. You can also eat it straight off the spoon! If honey sets, place the closed jar in a bowl of hot water until runny. Not suitable for infants under 3 years old or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Free From: Gluten, Dairy, Artificial Colours, Flavours or Preservatives. Ingredients Pure wildflower honey, Valerian Extract (6%), Natural Lavender flavour (0.5%), Vitamin B12. Directions Take 2 teaspoons 30 to 60 minutes before bed. Can be stirred into hot water or hot milk.
