It can be perfectly used for your breakfast, as a topping over yoghurt or a toasted bread, or even as a salad dressing. Honey can be consumed one tablespoon every morning on empty stomach in order to benefit from its natural properties. Crystallisation is a natural phenomenon not related to the quality of honey and does not cause any changes in its nutritional value. A crystallised honey is neither adulterated nor damaged.
