MADE FROM NATURAL RUBBER: The mat measures 4mm thick and is made from natural rubber, which is non-toxic, PVC-free, and biodegradable on landfill. Whereas foam mats are prone to curling up at the sides, rubber sits flat to give you the stable, level surface you need for yoga practise. It’s also more slip-resistant than foam to stop it sliding on smooth flooring.
