This Extra Large Mat from Core Balance eliminates such problems. Extra-long (183cm) and extra-wide (116cm), it gives you all the space you need to smash your fitness goals.

EXTRA SPACE FOR EXERCISES: Whereas standard mats measure approximately 173cm x 61cm, this super-sized mat measures 183cm x 116cm. We’re talking 10cm longer and 55cm wider. As well as giving you plenty of room for press-ups, mountain climbers, circuit training, and other exercises, it gives you ample space to perform wide-stance yoga poses.

6MM THICK CLOSED-CELL TPE FOAM: The mat measures 6mm thick and is made from a single layer of TPE foam which is non-toxic, free from harmful chemicals, and uses up less energy during manufacturing than PVC and other foam materials. Because TPE is a closed-cell foam, it combines a firm, stable surface with excellent cushioning and protection.

NON-SLIP SURFACE ON TOP & BOTTOM: Both sides of the mat have a textured non-slip pattern. The dotted pattern on top provides optimum grip to your hands and feet, so you don’t have any slip ups during exercise and yoga practise. It also has a custom-designed wave pattern on the bottom which helps to prevent it sliding around on all types of flooring.

TRAVEL STRAP INCLUDED: Finished your workout? Simply roll the mat up and secure it using the 'hook and loop' strap. When rolled up, it measures 116cm x 14cm x 14cm and weighs 1.2kg to easily carry to classes. Because TPE foam doesn’t absorb moisture or sweat, it’s also easy to clean when dirty. Gently wipe it with a damp cloth before allowing it to naturally air dry.
