Accademia Lagofusion is the Lagostina line in stainless steel 18/10 designed for lovers of real chef cuisine. An innovative element of the line is the Lagofusion bottom, equipped with a layer of notched steel perfectly adhering to the exposed aluminum disc. The two layers of the bottom, joined to the 3 in the body (steel-aluminum-steel) create a unique 5-layer technology, which allows a rapid and homogeneous heat diffusion, for an integral and homogeneous cooking of the bottom up to the top of the walls. The casserole is complemented by a practical pouring edge and elegant and robust riveted manicures for a secure grip.
