Katana Saya is a new, innovative knife brand, inspired by the chefs and centuries long cooking traditions of both the Eastern and Western worlds. Created in the style of Japanese Samurai swords from high quality 67-layer Damascus steel, the blades are incredibly robust and sharp, and feature chestnut shaped handles made from natural wood to provide stability and perfect balance while preparing food. The Gyuto Knife is an ideal all-purpose kitchen knife, similar in function and shape to a Western Chef’s Knife. The main difference for this knife type is the pointed tip, ideal for filleting and boning meat and fish.
