For over 30 years we’ve been making our own products to traditional recipes using only the best ingredients, resulting in a range of products that add flavours to all kinds of meat, poultry and fish. We make our products for butchers and food manufacturers plus, for the domestic cook there’s our range of Flava-it branded products. We are a privately owned family run company and very proud of our heritage. Founded in 1976 by Roy Dixon, it is now Roy’s son Gary who heads up the business. We operate solely in Manchester where we develop and manufacture all our products ourselves, and we have gone on to win numerous awards for improvements in manufacturing and best practice for energy and conservation. With a can-do attitude, and as an investor in people, we’re as proud of what we do and how we do it, as we are of our wonderful flavours.
