This card will allow you to control two M.2 PCIe M Key (or B+M Key) SSDs independently or as a RAID cluster. It is of the "SWITCH" type and not bifurcation, so it will work on all motherboards whether or not they support bifurcation mode, and will offer a maximum bandwidth 16x and not split into 2 times 4x. For all M.2 "M Key" PCIe (NVMe or AHCI) type SSD only, does not support SATA type M2 SSDs. Specifications: For PCIe 3.0 or higher port in 16x. 16x 3.1 PCIe card with 2 x M.2 4x ports. TRIM & S.M.A.R.T. Control Integrated with TBW tracking. Supports PCIe 3.1,3.0, PCIe 2.0 motherboards. Compliant with PCI Express M.2 1.0 specification. Supports data transfers up to 2.5Gbps, 5Gbps, 8Gb/s. Compatible with 2230, 2242, 2260, 2280 formats. MARVELL 88NR2241 RAID CHIPSET Supports hardware RAID 0 AND 1.
