HOW TO USE: The ergonomic shape and size allows for a firm and secure grip. Works best when put in the water for 5 minutes but can also be used with honing oil or dry. While sharpening, hold the puck sharpener firmly with thumb and fingers, supporting it with a strong hand. Sharpen the blade in a circular motion, overlapping the circles as you move along the edge. Sharpen both sides with coarse grit before changing to fine grit
