Berkshire Botanical Dandelion and Burdock Gin Our Dandelion and Burdock Gin is copper pot distilled and then gently infused with Dandelion and Burdock, a recipe inspired by the flora and fauna on the Yattendon Estate. Hints of vanilla, liquorice and honey, with a little citrus and ginger spice make for the perfect tipple. Try it with lemonade. Berkshire Botanical Rhubarb and Raspberry Gin. Our Rhubarb and Raspberry Gin is pot distilled and then delicately infused with the finest Rhubarb and Raspberries, a recipe inspired by the flora and fauna on the Yattendon Estate. Fresh, fruity, and elegant, with a heart of juniper; it's a splendid accompaniment to tonic or bubbles. Berkshire Botanical Dry Gin. Our Dry Gin is distilled with hand-picked botanicals including Norway Spruce, Juniper, Coriander and Sweet Orange peel. Crisp and delicate, it's perfectly balanced for a classic GandT or more adventurous cocktails. Botanicals include; Juniper, Coriander, Angelica, Sweet Orange Peel, Pink Grapefruit, Lemon peel, Cassia, Orris and Norway Spruce.
