RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS: Our balsamic does not contain thickening additives and favors the essential sweet and sour balance for everyday use. Its color is not ink-black, as our vinegar does not contain chemical colorants, prioritizing naturalness and a bold, spicy, and aromatic flavor. It pairs perfectly with game dishes, wild meats, roasts, and spicy or flavored cheeses.
PRODUCTION: Made from the aging of cooked grape must from Lambrusco, Trebbiano Montanaro, Trebbiano di Spagna grapes, and wine vinegar.
NO CHEMICALS: Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP made without: caramel, colorants, gum arabic, artificial flavoring substances, or added sulfites.
⌛ AGING PROCESS: Aged in 16 juniper barrels, with a maximum acidity of 6%, offering a delicate balance between smoothness and freshness. The 250 ml bottle also features a cork dosing cap.
