Directions 1. Apply a clear base coat to the nails. 2. Shake the nail polish bottle well before use. 3. Apply OPI nail polish to each nail using two thin coats. 4. Wait a few minutes for the nail polish to dry. 5. Apply a clear top coat to seal and polish the nail polish. 6. Wash the nail polish brush thoroughly after use.
