Directions Step 1 - Apply a layer of Natural Nail Base Coat OPI to the nail surface to prepare it. This layer allows the varnish to adhere better and prevents discolouration. Step 2 - Apply two coats of Nail Lacquer, passing the brush three times with each layer: the first pass through the middle, then one on each side for total nail coverage.
