Ingredients Milk Chocolate chips Directions Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth. Use in your favorite baking or cooking recipe, or as a topping for yogurt, granola, or porridge. For tempering, melt the chocolate to 110°F (43°C), then cool it to 82°F (28°C), and finally heat it back up to 88°F (31°C) to achieve a smooth, shiny texture.
