Brewers Yeast Powder: It derives from the one-celled fungus Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The flavour of brewer's yeast is somewhat bitter.

HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: Brewer's yeast includes little organisms (microflora) that assist keep the digestive tract running smoothly. Brewers Yeast Powder is non-GMO and suitable for vegans.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: A source of Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Calcium, and Iron. Add to bread, muffins, & baked goods such as biscuits & cookies. Use in soups, rice dishes & sauces. An excellent stand-in for cheese. Not suitable for brewing.
