It goes without saying that figs make a particularly tasty snack on their own, combining the best of their sweet and chewy texture, silky skin, and crunchy seeds.
HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: Because of their moderate, natural laxative impact, figs (like prunes) are frequently suggested to nourish and tone the gut. This impact can be attributed to their high fibre content, which is complemented by an abundance of vitamins and minerals. Despite their sweet look, they are really healthful. INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Eat dried figs for a simple snack or add them to oatmeal/yogurt for a quick breakfast. They can be used interchangeably with prunes, dried apricots & dates in most recipes. Bake muffins, bread, carrot cake & many other of your favourite recipes with dried figs in them.
