Within our Sherry Cask collection, each number corresponds to the age of the Oloroso, Amontillado and Pedro Ximénez that the Sherry Casks have contained previously. The bottles collar certifies the age of each sherry wine, and guarantees the authenticity of the Brandy. SUPREMO 12: Brandy de Jerez Solera Gran Reserva is obtained from wines carefully selected for distillation. Aged in Sherry Casks previously seasoned with 12-year-old Pedro Ximénez, a simply unmatched expression.

SHERRY CASKS: Our Sherry Casks provide the Brandy with excellent ageing and contain the essences of the Sherry wines they once held, giving the Brandy its characteristic smoothness, roundness and sweetness.

ON THE PALATE: This brandy offers very complex aromas of spice, with notes of dried fruits, vanilla sweets, honey, toffee and hardwood. On the palate it is smooth and velvety with notes of dark chocolate.

BEST PAIRED WITH: This bright, luminous, amber topaz brandy is best paired with nuts, desserts with chocolates, pastries and spicy foods.
