The main element of the line is the Lagofusion bottom, which has a layer of steel adhering to the aluminum disk. The two layers of the bottom, combined with the 3 of the body (steel-aluminum-steel) form a 5-layer technology, allowing a uniform and rapid diffusion of heat, for complete cooking from the bottom to the top of the walls. The pan is complemented by a pouring rim and a sleek and sturdy riveted handle for a secure grip at all times.
