A heavy, traditional, cast iron pan and a lid that fits exactly with it, so you can cook, roast, braise, deep-fry, steam and bake anywhere. No matter whether it is a fireplace, barbecue or campfire, it is mobile and flexible. Thanks to its high mass (cast iron), the dutch oven pot regulates irregular heat and thus enables consistent cooking. Simply place glowing coals, embers or barbecue briquettes on the lid and under the pot and the dutch oven experience can begin. At the dutch oven dishes such as braised meat, stews, bread and cakes are successful. The reversible grill plate can be used from both sides. The ribbed side makes perfect steaks. The other side of the grill plate can be used for omelettes and pancakes because it is smooth. WHAT IS THE DUTCH OVEN? | A heavy, traditional cast iron pot and lid that is perfect for cooking, roasting, braising, frying, stewing and baking anywhere. It is mobile and flexible for use by the fireplace, barbecue or campfire.

ALPHA SERIES | The special feature of this series of Dutch ovens is that, in addition to the tapered edge of the lid, the contact surface between the lid and the pot is also ground. This means that the Dutch oven closes even better.

THE PRINCIPLE | The Dutch oven's high mass (cast iron) regulates the heat and ensures even cooking. Simply place glowing coals, embers or barbecue briquettes on the lid and under the pot and the Dutch oven experience can begin.

PRESEASONED | The oven from BBQ-Toro are preseasoned and can be used immediately. Detailed instructions are included in the scope of delivery should it be necessary to re-season after use.

ADDITIONAL HIGHLIGHT | The lid of the Dutch oven has a raised rim for charcoal and coals. The handle also has a comfortable spiral grip. This ensures a good grip.
