ADM design resin sculptures are the result of a search for the creation of objects designed to decorate contemporary and trendy environments with taste, colour and imagination. Most of these are made of resin, which is now a popular material for the production of furniture products. The process of making a resin sculpture is totally handcrafted. The ideas of our designers are put on paper through sketches, following which skilled sculptors shape by hand a clay model also called "soul" that is used for the construction of rubber moulds. The resin is added to a hardening liquid and cast manually into the moulds. Once the resin has hardened, the moulds are opened by removing the raw sculptures, which must be cleaned of burrs or processing residues before they can be decorated, repaired, sanded and washed manually. When the surface of the piece is perfect, a thick paint called "primer" is applied by spray, which is the basis for the final decoration, which will be different depending on whether you want to achieve a matte, glossy, metallic or other effect. In case the sculpture cannot stand on its own, it is mounted on a marble stand to make it stable. So you can now understand how much manual work it takes to create these works before you are ready to beautify your home, and how different their craft value is compared to plastic objects made in large series using automatic machines. The item is sent in a suitable packaging in which the certificate of guarantee of craftsmanship will be included.
