The Quick fit Micro scale Chemistry Kit was designed to perform organic chemistry experiments, but on a much smaller scale. Reducing the scale lowers the of everything involved - smaller amounts of reagents, lower disposal s and less clamping equipment. Smaller amounts of hazardous chemicals also means much safer handling. Packaged specifically for use in higher education, all 12 pieces also offer the reassuring quality of Quick fit ground glass joints and screw thread connectors and Pyrex borosilicate glass. The micro scale kit can be safely and securely assembled much more quickly than standard organic chemistry sets, saving valuable time for the user. The amount of time taken to complete experimental procedures is also vastly reduced - e. g. boiling and cooling times. Many assemblies can be constructed from the glassware including, reflux, distillation, moisture sensitive reactions and fractional distillation prises 12 pieces of laboratory glassware for experiments on a micro scale.
