REMO Remo ProPack Ambassador battery skin transparent 10", 12", 14" – PP-1182-BA

The REMO Ambassador series is one of the most popular lines of drum heads in the world. The medium-thick single-layer Mylar films of the strike skins produce an open, warm, resonant sound that, depending on the model, varies across the entire series from bright and clear to dark and soft through focused and accentuated in the center. The Ambassador Clear-Snare-Side model was, along with Weatherking strike skins, Remo's very first resonance skin in the mid-1950s. In order to offer more stability to the musicians of nascent rock 'n' roll, Remo decided to expand the Ambassador series with stronger skins. At first, two sheets 10 mil in diameter were combined. When the DuPont company finally was able to produce Mylar for the first time with a total thickness of 10 mil, it was the birth of the Ambassador line, which today offers the widest selection of models, both resonance skins and striking skins for all types of drums, and which still marks the history of music. The world's largest percussion manufacturers use the skins of this series as standard equipment for their instruments. REMO Ambassador skins are ideal for soft to medium strong play modes, live or studio. They adapt to a wide range of musical styles, including pop, jazz, fusion, blues, R&B, country, folk or acoustic music.
