Pierre Ferrand 10 Generations is a Premier Cru Grande Champagne Cognac created as a tribute to the Ferrand family’s long history in the heart of Cognac. Made from 100% Ugni Blanc and distilled on fine lees, it’s bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof) to deliver extra body and presence in cocktails. The style is round and opulent, balancing freshness with rich character. Expect aromas of spicy fruit cake, raisin and apricot with rose and orange blossom, plus hints of nutmeg and ginger. On the palate you’ll find roasted pear, honey and Muscat grape, then caramel and cocoa nibs, finishing with pineapple lift and a warm clove-spiced edge. Maturation is the signature. The eaux-de-vie rest in French oak, and a portion is finished in Sauternes wine casks for at least another year before the final cuvée is assembled.
