The DIGITUS® 8-Port Gigabit Ethernet PoE Switch provides 8 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ-45 ports with PoE support. All ports support the Auto MDI/MDIX function, which eliminate the need for crossover cables and uplink ports. Low costs, simple use and high performance are the strengths of the DIGITUS® 8-Port Gigabit Ethernet PoE Switch and thus make it an excellent choice for your network. Due to its compact dimensions, the switch can be installed in a 10-inch wall cabinet. The mounting angles are included.

Key Features

The PoE+ network switch for 10’ racks is compatible with the IEEE 802.3af & at standards for Power over Ethernet and is ideal for small and medium-sized networks in both private and business environments

The LAN switch has a power budget of 96 watts to supply the connected PoE devices with power, with a maximum of 30 watts available from a single port

In addition to the PoE standards, the switch complies with the IEEE802.3, IEEE802.3u, IEEE802.3ab and IEEE802.3x standards – Thanks to Auto MDI/MDI-X, the use of crossover patch cables is no longer necessary

In full duplex mode, the switch achieves a data transfer rate of 20 / 200 / 2000 Mbit - The MAC memory corresponds to a size of 8000 MAC addresses - The backplane works at 16 Gbps

In conjunction with a 10-inch network cabinet and other 10’ components, such as patch panels and connector strips, an efficient yet space-saving network infrastructure can be set up
