The DIGITUS 8-Port Gigabit Ethernet Switch provides 8 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ-45 ports with auto-negotiation. All ports support the Auto MDI/MDIX function, which eliminates the need for crossover cables and uplink ports. Low cost, ease of use and high performance are the strengths of the DIGITUS Gigabit Ethernet 8-Port Switch, making it an excellent choice for your network. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the switch can be installed in 10-inch wall-mounted housings. The mounting brackets are included with the product.

Key Features

The LAN switch for 10’ network cabinets has 8 RJ45 sockets and is ideal for small to medium-sized networks in private and business environments

Thanks to the Auto MDI/MDI-X function, crossover cables and uplink ports are no longer necessary, since the pin assignment of the connected device is checked by the switch before the data transfer

In full duplex mode, the switch achieves a data transfer rate of 20/200/2000 Mbit. The MAC memory corresponds to a size of 8000 MAC addresses. The backplane operates at 16 Gbps

The power consumption of the Gbit network switch is 5 watts. The switch supports the following standards: IEEE802.3, IEEE802.3u, IEEE802.3ab and IEEE802.3x.

In conjunction with a 10-inch network cabinet and other 10’ components, such as patch panels and connector strips, an efficient yet space-saving network infrastructure can be set up
