Pack of 32 10mm diameter x 30mm thick with one 45o mitred end Each magnet's north pole is on the mitred face with the south pole on the flat face Each magnet can support a steel weight of up to 3.6kg vertically from the magnetic face when in flush contact with a mild steel surface of equal thickness Coated with three layers of nickel, copper and nickel to reduce corrosion and provide a smooth finish Mitred magnets are commonly used in magnetic electric motors such as those used in electric or hybrid motor vehicles and in household appliances such as washing machines. These strong magnets have an anisotropic alignment and a maximum operating temperature of 80 degrees Celsius.
