These magnets are so strong that they will wipe data from hard drives and are commonly used in large scale engineering projects such as wind turbines. Each magnet has a triple coating of nickel, copper and nickel again to reduce corrosion. These magnets come with a safe-handling warning; because they are so powerful they can be dangerous if not handled carefully.

RARE EARTH MAGNET. Each magnet can support a steel weight of up to 32.2kg vertically from the magnetic face when in flush contact with a mild steel surface.
