Description

Product Description Established in 2015, Les Bienheureux is revolutionizing the world of alcoholic beverages and spirits through innovation, commitment to excellence, ethical values, and aesthetic sensibility. Their research and development team works with black glasses and tests the quality of their products with the most discerning experts in the industry. Only after blind tastings are they released to the market, resulting in remarkably high-quality spirits and aperitifs consistently acclaimed by critics. This demanding approach has given birth to the renowned Bellevoye whisky, now a leading French whisky in terms of revenue, as well as the premium El Pasador de Oro rum, the most decorated brand in the sector. With its remarkable success, the company reinvests 10% of its revenue into research and development and has acquired its own brewery and distillery in Charente. Introduced to the traditional market six years ago, Bellevoye whisky is now served at the Élysée Palace and aboard Air France flights. This prestigious triple malt whisky comes in various finishes: Bellevoye Bleu refined in new French oak barrels with a fine grain, Bellevoye Blanc refined in Sauternes casks, Bellevoye Rouge refined in casks of classified grand crus from Saint-Émilion, Bellevoye Vert refined in old Calvados casks, and Bellevoye Prune refined in old plum casks. Bellevoye Noir, on the other hand, is a peated triple malt whisky. The latest addition to the range is Bellevoye Orange, finished in rum casks! Of vegetal origin, peat comes from the decomposition of plants in oxygen-poor wetlands. When burned, it generates dense and oily smoke used to dry the malt used in whisky production. It imparts a smoky taste and distinctive aromas. Bellevoye Noir received the gold medal at the Brussels World Competition in 2018, 2019, and 2021, as well as the Grand Gold Medal in 2020. It also holds the gold medal at the World Whiskies Awards 2020. Manufacturer Contact Information 3 av François Mauriac, 33125 Louchats

Key Features

A FRENCH TRIPLE MALT WHISKY: Matured in new fine-grain oak casks, Bellevoye Noir is a 100% French Triple Malt internationally acclaimed by critics; a true ambassador for the excellence of French whiskies.

A TRIBUTE TO HEXAGONAL WHISKY: This Made in France whisky is a Triple Malt, a blend of three single malt whiskies. BELLEVOYE enhances its own production by adding two single malts, blindly selected from the French whiskies of the Hexagon.

TASTING RECOMMENDATIONS: This whisky unveils its full aromatic richness when enjoyed neat, at room temperature, or cooled with whisky stones. It can also be crafted into sophisticated cocktails.

THE WHISKY IN DETAIL: This 45 ppm peated triple malt imparts aromas of ash, toasted bread, and mocha. The rich and velvety palate evolves into a long, persistent finish with characteristic peat flavours.

THE BELLEVOYE BRAND: Lauded by the most refined connoisseurs, Bellevoye whisky graces the tables at Élysée Palace and accompanies journeys aboard Air France flights (Bellevoye Bleu in business class and Bellevoye Rouge in first class).
