Nothing speaks to her ingenuity and long-lasting impact more than her three most notable inventions: the first recorded vintage champagne (1810), the riddling table (table de remuage - 1816), blended rosé champagne (rosé d'assemblage - 1818). From harvest to shipment, Veuve Clicquot is inspired by the House's longstanding motto, "only one quality, the finest."
