KNORR Jelly Bouillon is gluten free and can be used as a base or for seasoning. It's available in beef, chicken and vegetable flavour. Ingredients Concentrated Chicken Bouillon (61%) (Water, Chicken Extract),Salt,Yeast Extract,Chicken Fat (4.9%),Flavourings,Vegetable Juice Concentrates (Leek, Onions),Gelling Agents (Xanthan Gum, Locust Bean Gum) Directions For 1 Litre of bouillon, stir approximately one tablespoon of product (25g) into 1 Litre of hot water and bring to the boil.
