KNORR Jelly Bouillon is gluten free and can be used as a base or for seasoning. It's available in beef, chicken and vegetable flavour. Ingredients Concentrated Beef Bouillon (62%) [Water, Beef Extract],Salt,Flavourings,Yeast Extract,Onion Juice Concentrate,Gelling Agents (Xanthan Gum, Locust Bean Gum) Directions For 1 Litre of bouillon, stir approximately one tablespoon of product (25g) into 1 Litre of hot water and bring to the boil.
