The Wine: Prosecco D.O.C. Extra Dry Millesimato obtained from grapes of a single vintage of Glera (or Prosecco) grapes. Dry and pleasantly fruity, fresh and floral to the palate. Light straw yellow with fine and persistent perlage, crispy, lively an dry peach and pear characters.
