The Wine: Prosecco D.O.C. Extra Dry BIO Millesimato obtained from grapes of a single vintage of Glera (or Prosecco) grapes. Dry and pleasantly fruity, fresh and floral to the palate. Bright straw yellow with white and fine perlage. Pleasant almond note gives way to a fresh and mineral aftertaste.
