Dried Ningxia Goji Berries: Goji berries, also known as wolfberries, are brilliant orange-red berries that grow on a shrub native to China. Goji berries have been consumed throughout Asia for decades in the hopes of living longer, and they were dead on with their predictions! Goji berries are prized for their high nutritional and antioxidant content, making them one of the healthiest fruits available.

HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: Goji berries have a similar flavour to raisins, although not as much as mulberries. They're soft and firm, with a texture that softens as you chew, making them quite pleasurable to eat raw! It is suggested that you consume 10-30g of dried fruit every day, or around one handful. You may eat them on your own or combine them with other meals such as cereals, smoothies, yoghurts, juices, almonds, and so on.
