Product Description Only the finest Torontel grapes are selected for this Pisco and this expression is characterised by the floral presence of jasmine and magnolia in its aroma. To ensure consistency and guaranteed quality, all of Barsol's grapes are sourced from vineyards in the Ica Valley. Intense sweet and savoury sherry-cask flavours - sticky raisins, meaty notes, marzipan and spicy nutmeg. Sat alongside are butter icing, fruit jelly, green leaves and a hint of lightly sweetened stewed rhubarb. A rich and velvety texture to the spirit helps this delicate Pisco show its complexity.
