MADE AT CASCAHUIN DISTILLERY — RATED #3 IN THE WORLD OUT OF 122 | TICO is produced by the Rosales family at Cascahuin Distillery [NOM 1123] in El Arenal, Jalisco — a four-generation family distillery founded in 1904 and rated #3 globally by Tequila Matchmaker. Blue Weber agave is hand-harvested after 8 years of growth using the traditional Coa de Jima tool.

TRADITIONAL PRODUCTION FROM AGAVE TO BOTTLE — 100% ADDITIVE-FREE | Agaves are slow-cooked for 48+ hours in 12-tonne stone ovens, fermented for 60 hours in open-top concrete baths with added agave fibres, then double-distilled through copper coils. Every bottle is hand-bottled, numbered and sealed in Mexico before being shipped to the UK.
